TERMS & CONDITIONS of EEG Biofeedback Home Leasing

To protect our investment, we require a deposit. This amount is placed in the EEG Biofeedback Center account upon legal agreement. The lease fee is charged against this deposit, and when the unit is returned to Biofeedback Center, a refund is sent within three days. (In effect you are purchasing a unit directly, and when you are finished with it, we guarantee to buy it back from you. Of course, you are also able to sell it to anyone else. We are able to ship the Brainfeedback (R) unit to anywhere.)

The fees include a free trial session with Brainfeedback installing & managing instruction at our clinic.

The machine, Brainfeedback Home Trainer, has been in usage since 97, and has performed fairly well during that time with a very few complaints and difficulties. A positive recording of progress makes it simple to reward progress and motivate.

The system leases for 200 EURO for 30 days (additional days at 10 EURO / day), and presently requires a deposit of 999 EURO.

The lease starts when the unit is leased/shipped, and ends when the unit is received back.

When the machine is returned, a refund less charges subtracted from the deposit will be paid in cash or sent by bank transfer within three days unless otherwise arranged with the customer. In addition to the lease fee, the user is responsible for any damage caused to the machine or the accessories by mishandling or loss. (Or, if send by post, for the shipping charges. We ship by certified mail or Express Mail (1-3 days)). We do not charge for time lost because of defective (or missing) parts, or other faults on our part. However, we may charge for time used by any misunderstandings on the customers part. We do not expect any damage to the major equipment, as it is covered by a manufacturers warranty, and is pretty rugged.

PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT

We accept personal checks, but allow 7 days to clear before shipping. Money Orders or Bank Checks are acceptable for instant shipping or immediate placement on our priority list. Note: Money Orders from your local supermarket or Post Office are usually much cheaper than bank certified checks. (We will also accept the use of credit cards for immediate shipping. However, there is a 3% fee which is charged to us. In this case, you are actually purchasing the units at the deposit price. If you decide to return the units (lease in effect instead of purchase), then your lease fee will be increased by that amount, and the refund will be returned to you instead of crediting your credit card. To stay within credit cards rules, we must do it this way.)

When unit is shipped, an email is sent with the confirmation number.
